Trust Wills
Co-op Legal Services offer Property Trust Wills, Life Interest Trust Wills and Discretionary Trust Wills for increased asset protection. A Single Trust Will costs £315 +VAT (£378). Mirror Trust Wills (2 Wills for a couple) cost £420 +VAT (£504).
Living Wills
Living Wills, which lets customers record their wishes for any future medical care or treatments, start from £75 +VAT (£90). The company offers free initial advice and guidance and a telephone based Living Will writing service.
Lasting Power of Attorney
Co-op Legal Services offer Lasting Power of Attorney services from £225 +VAT (£270) which allows customers to appoint one or more people with the authority to help deal with finances and property as well as helping make decisions about health and welfare.
Family Break Up Wills
Co-op Legal Services offer a fixed fee Family Break Up Will for one person from £145 +VAT (£174) which includes free storage for the customer’s lifetime.
